Cost of Commissioner for Oaths Service

This is a question that I get asked a lot and the answer is very simple.  The fees are fixed by legislation and have not been reviewed for a very long time, so each person swearing a single Declaration or Affidavit is charged €10.00 and the charge for Certifying a Copy document is also €10.00.  If there are two or more people swearing the same Declaration or Affidavit then the charge is €20.00.
